About Amy Yoder:
Amy has been providing counseling services for nearly 20 years in community mental health centers, inpatient/outpatient clinics, and private practice. Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina, and her Master’s Degree from Liberty University. She is licensed by the state of Indiana to provide mental health counseling and is also certified by the EMDR International Association to provide EMDR therapy. Amy is trained in multiple treatment modalities: CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and ACT; which are used in traditional psychotherapy “talk therapy.” Amy believes in a collaborative setting, as most of the client’s work in therapy happens between sessions. Being able to help people find acceptance, healing, and growth is fulfilling and a privilege.
